Are Heurea watches waterproof?

Our watches are splash resistant (3 ATM), so rain, hand washing and sweat are no problem. They are not made for swimming, though: take them off before showering, bathing or going in the pool or the sea. The sandalwood watch should also be kept away from water.

What case size should I choose for my wrist?

Accepted Answer

Measure your wrist with a soft tape measure. Under 15 cm, aim for a 28 to 34mm case; from 15 to 17 cm, 34 to 38mm; from 17 to 19 cm, 38 to 42mm; above that, 42mm and up. Our women's watch measures 32mm, the minimalist men's watch 40mm and the wooden watch 42mm.

How do I know if a strap will fit my watch?

Measure the lug width: the inside gap between the two lugs of the case, in millimetres. A 20mm strap fits a watch with a 20mm lug width. Our minimalist men's watch has a 20mm lug width. For Apple Watch, simply pick size S or L based on your case size.

How do I replace the battery in my watch?

Accepted Answer

A quartz movement uses very little power, so the battery lasts around two years. To replace it, take your watch to a watchmaker or a watch repair counter, where they can close the case back properly. All our watches use a standard button-cell battery that's easy to find.

How long does delivery take, and what is your returns policy?

Accepted Answer

Delivery time depends on your country: the latest delivery date is shown in your cart before payment and in the confirmation email, and you receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships. Shipping is free on orders from €49. You have 14 days after delivery to withdraw, using the “Withdraw from the contract here” link at the bottom of every page, and our support team answers by email. Card, Apple Pay and Google Pay payments are secured by Stripe.
